Open your availability
Add an availability window — pick a venue, date and time, set the bookable durations and a price per duration. Students book sub-slots inside that window instantly.
Switch to coaching view & take bookings
Flip to coaching view from your profile to open your daily ops home — earnings, schedule, inbox and students in one place. Accept requests, let students pay in-app, and watch your 7-day earnings climb.

Coach FAQs
- What does it cost to join?
- Nothing. Creating a coach profile and listing your availability is free. RallyMate takes a 20% platform fee only on paid bookings — you keep 80% of every lesson, paid out automatically via Stripe.
- How do I get paid?
- You connect a Stripe account during setup. Students pay in the app when they book, and your share is transferred to your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. No cash handling, no invoicing.
- Do I need to be a qualified coach?
- You can offer structured coaching or paid hitting sessions. Add your experience and qualifications to your profile — players can filter for verified coaches, so it pays to fill it in.
- Can I run both private and group lessons?
- Yes. Publish 1:1 availability slots for private lessons and create group clinics with multiple seats — one-off or recurring. You can also sell lesson packs and group passes that bundle credits at a discount.
- How does approval work?
- After you submit your profile it goes through a quick review. Once approved you appear in the Pros tab and can start taking bookings. You’ll get a notification the moment you’re live.
