- Anyone who runs tennis events under a name — clubs, social leagues, meetup groups, coaches running club nights, or businesses. Any player can host a casual session, but an organizer profile puts your brand on every event and unlocks followers, notifications and a public events page.
- What does it cost to join?
- Nothing. Creating an organizer profile and publishing events is free, and free events stay completely free. RallyMate takes a 10% platform fee only on paid events — you keep 90%, paid out automatically via Stripe.
- How do players find my events?
- Public events appear in the app feed where local players browse and join. Your followers get a push notification the moment you publish something new, and your public profile lists everything you have coming up — share it anywhere with one link.
- How do followers and notifications work?
- Players tap Follow on your profile or on any of your events. When you publish a new public event, every follower gets a push notification automatically — no mailing lists, no group chats to maintain.
- Can my team help run events?
- Yes. As the owner you can invite other RallyMate users as admins. Admins create and manage events on the organisation’s behalf — the events still carry your brand, notify your followers, and pay out to your account.
- How do I get paid for paid events?
- You connect a Stripe account during setup. Players pay in the app when they join, and your share is transferred to your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. Refunds are handled in-app too.
