- What does RallyMate cost?
- The app is free to download and free to use. You only pay for the things you actually book — court hire, lessons or paid events — and you earn Rally Points back on those.
- How does the skill rating work?
- You start with an estimate based on how you describe your game, and it adjusts automatically as you log match results — win or lose, against stronger or weaker opponents. It’s built so your matches keep getting closer and more fun.
- I don’t have anyone to play with. Will this actually help?
- That’s exactly what it’s for. Open sessions near you show who’s looking for a hit, matchmaking suggests players at your level, and groups let you find your regular crew. Most players find their first new hitting partner in the first week.
- Do I need to be a club member?
- No. You can book casual court time at partner clubs, join public sessions and take lessons without any membership. If you are a club member, RallyMate makes organising hits with other members easier too.
- Where is RallyMate available?
- We’re live in Melbourne with more Australian cities on the way. You can download the app anywhere — sessions and social features work wherever there are players near you.
