- What does it cost?
- Claiming your store and running a standard listing is free, including 2 live offers at a time. Premium partners get 5 live offers plus priority placement. The Rally Points you give out are the only ongoing cost — and you set the rate.
- We’re an online-only store. Can we join?
- Yes. The in-app directory started with physical stores, so if you can’t find your online store in search, email partners@rallymate.com.au and we’ll set your listing up directly. You can reward points on online orders and reach players anywhere in Australia.
- How do Rally Points work for my store?
- You choose an earn rate between 1% and 10% of the sale. When a player shops with you, they earn points they can redeem on rewards — which keeps them coming back to stores that reward them. You control the rate and can change it any time.
- How do you verify that I own the store?
- When you claim a listing we ask how we can verify ownership — an ABN, a business email on your store’s domain, or similar. A human reviews every claim within 1–2 business days.
- What do I need at the counter?
- Just a phone. Players show a QR code, you scan it with the partner dashboard, enter the sale amount, and points are credited automatically with a receipt archived for both sides.
